Mr. Mizukovski joined Wells Hill in 1998 and currently is a Managing Director. He is involved in all aspects of the firm’s activities, from working with clients to define objectives and set strategy to managing and executing transactions. Mr. Mizukovski has advised on and closed nearly $15 billion in transactions on behalf of clients. The transactions have involved most real estate uses, have attracted capital from both domestic and foreign capital markets, and have included debt and equity placement, ground and master leases, investment sales, acquisitions, joint ventures, sale leasebacks, financial restructurings, recapitalizations and development projects.

Mr. Mizukovski has served on several boards, is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker. Mr. Mizukovski received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1998.
