Mr. Perkins has been part of the Wells Hill Partners platform since 1990. While Mr. Perkins runs his practice exclusively through PerkinsWells Realty, both Wells Hill and PerkinsWells enjoy a long standing relationship of many years working together, which includes shared market knowledge, relationships and opportunities.

Mr. Perkins has both domestic and international clients. He has been involved in all facets of real estate, from property sales to finance for development, redevelopment and recapitalization. Such engagements have included raising all levels of equity and debt (and negotiating workouts) for specific projects, investment funds and entities in all property types. PerkinsWells Realty, wholly owned by Mr. Perkins, has completed engagements involving approximately $6 billion of real estate transactions.

Prior to 1990, Mr. Perkins was a Managing Director at Shearson Lehman Brothers and Head of the Midwest Team for Chase Bank in their respective real estate finance groups. Mr. Perkins began his career as an account officer for Citigroup. Mr. Perkins is a former council member of both ULI and ICSC and currently is a member of The Network. He has been a Deacon and Elder of Brick Church, President of his Coop Board and a Board member of Sleepy Hollow Country Club. Mr. Perkins received a B.A. from Washington & Lee University in 1974.
